COD TORRICADO
Torricado is a dish used in Alenquer by country men since the 19th century. IXX.
The men who worked in the vineyards toasted the bread over a fire, rubbed it with garlic and ate it with cod and olive oil. On average these men worked 10 hours a day and drank 2 liters of wine.
It is still a dish much appreciated by everyone today.
